Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive email confirmation, but if you haven't received the email, or you're worried you may have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us to verify.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we are unable to change your shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped, you're welcome to contact us, to see if we can update your shipping details.
No, at this time, we do not ship internationally. We are only able to ship orders to the contiguous United States, excluding California.
Any item ordered online can be exchanged or returned for refund, within 5 days of receiving your order (*excludes layaways & some custom-made furs). We include a FedEx return shipping label & a return form, with all orders, to make it easy for customers to exchange/return. For more information, visit our Return Policy page.
