How this easy process works:
1. Purchase Storage & Cleaning using our Ship & Store option for each of your garments.
2. Once your order is processed:
- We'll email you a FedEx shipping label if you choose 'email shipping label only.'
- Or, we'll send you a box (along with everything you'll need to send your garments to us for storage & cleaning).
Box up your items, turn your furs inside out & you can place them in plastic wrap/tissue for added protection. (PLEASE DO NOT SEND GARMENT BAGS/HANGERS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST GARMENT BAGS/HANGERS). Please include a copy of your Ship & Store paperwork or a note with your contact information & what you'd like us to do for your furs. Once you have it all packaged up, place the included FedEx return shipping label on the box (make sure no other labels are visible) & take it to your nearest FedEx. Or, you may call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to request they pick up the package.
3. When you're ready to have your garments sent back to you, please call us at 334-277-7610, to have your furs shipped to you using FedEx signature required delivery. Your furs will remain in storage until you request for them to be sent back to you. Our storage season lasts until Dec. 31.
Monogram:
If you purchased a fur from Henig Furs, over $700, within the last 12 months, you're eligible for complimentary monogramming! If you don't qualify for free monogramming, you may purchase a monogram for $75 (or we can cloud over an old monogram for $100). Please include a note with what you'd like monogrammed in the lining of your fur. We can do full name, initials or a combination of the two. We can do any thread color. If you don't select a thread color, we'll do a tone-on-tone monogram, meaning the thread color will match the lining & not stand out. Appraisal:
We suggest an updated appraisal for insurance purposes every 2 years. If you would like us to provide you with an appraisal, please include a note with your fur, and we'll be happy to do so while it's here with us for storage. Appraisals are $40, and we'll include the appraisal when your fur is returned to you.
