I ordered full length mink coat with detachable hood. Coat arrived without hood. One phone call cleared up the matter with an immediate refund for the cost of the hood. I am pleased with the coat and Henig Furs. Delivery from FedEx was a nightmare. UPS would have put the package in my hands the day it was expected. FedEx had me waiting until 8 pm at night and then didn't show. When the package was delivered the box was damaged. I do not blame Henig Furs for the actions of FedEx but if they are the only shipping option you will not receive more business from me.

Great coat for the price! I'm a size 6 and I purchased a medium. I'd say it's prettty true to size. This is my first full length mink coat and it's perfect. Not to heavy. I absolutely love it!
